Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. It will then take between 10 to 22 working days for your item to arrive at your shipping address. In busy periods, processing times may take up to 6 business days before shipping. Our parcels circulate with the Post Office, we do not work with relay points.

Since we have products that are coming from storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. Do not worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

If you still haven't received your package 35 working days after ordering, we will give you a full refund and you may keep the item once you receive it.

Please contact us at contact@toysyot.com to report an item that has not been received.

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@toysyot.com

Beyond this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, please contact us at contact@toysyot.com with the following details:

  1.  Your order number
  1.  The description of the problem (wrong / faulty item, ...)
  1.  A photo or a video

You do not need to return the product, we will refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a voucher (if you would like another form of refund, please let us know).

We accept the following methods of payment on our website: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Cards.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow the best practices to ensure that your order is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered, or inappropriately destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all the requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and implement additional standards that are generally accepted by the industry.
